About Me
We’re all friends here, please call me Jaz.
I’m a healthcare rebel, fiancé, life-long learner (I am constantly enrolled in a course or certification program!), world traveler, slow living connoisseur, and a multi-passionate human being.
Texas Born & Raised. First-generation Mexican-American. Mental Health Advocate, and Psychedelic Research Student.
After struggling for years with anxiety, hormonal acne, mood swings, and irregular cycles, I realized I didn’t want to just manage symptoms…I wanted to understand why they were happening. That search led me to Functional Medicine and a new path forward.
I left the fast-paced ICU to become a Board-Certified Holistic Health & Wellness Nurse Coach, with specialized training in Functional Medicine for Nurses.
Now, I have the best job in the world by guiding others in reconnecting to their bodies, their stories, and their power to heal.
My Approach
As women, we are natural healers.
We hold an innate ability to restore balance within ourselves and our families—we just need to reconnect with that wisdom.
I got a little lost on my own journey. Years of burnout, hormonal imbalances, and confusion around what “health” really meant. But once I began tuning out the noise and honoring my female physiology, everything changed.
That’s the foundation of my work today.
My coaching containers are sacred spaces for women ready to address imbalances in the mind, body, and spirit. Using deep listening, functional lab testing, and a return to ancestral rhythms—real food, rest, mindfulness, and meaningful connection—we uncover the root cause and begin the process of true healing.
We don’t need to do more.
We need to feel more.
To remember who we are and reclaim the power we’ve always had.
If not now, when?
If not you, then who?
